ColonWell Detox – a mixture of herbs, seeds and mushrooms 350 g

Directions of use

1. Healthy Bowel Program.

Take a half teaspoon of ColonWell mixed with 100 ml of water every day 30 minutes before breakfast, lunch and dinner. Drink a glass of water afterwards.

2. Slimming Program.

Breakfast at 10:00 AM. Lunch at any time. Dinner before 6:00 PM. Around 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM take ColonWell instead of a late dinner.

For the first 3 days mix 1 teaspoon of ColonWell with a glass of water and take it instead of a late dinner. Drink a glass of water afterwards. After 3 days take 2–3 teaspoons of ColonWell (at around 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM) mixed with a glass of water and drink a glass of water afterwards. Continue every day.

3. Slimming Program + Healthy Bowel Program.

Take the product for 5 days following the Healthy Bowel Program. For the rest of the days follow the Slimming Program. Repeat this every day.

You may drink unsweetened tea during fasting hours (from 6:00 PM to 10:00 AM).

Please make sure to drink 1.5–2 liters of water daily when taking ColonWell Detox!

Blond plantain (Plantago ovata) seed husks, Jerusalem artichoke (Helianthus tuberosus) root powder, crushed common flax (Linum usitatissimum) seeds, glucomannan obtained from konjac (Amorphophallus konjac) root, crushed parsley (Petroselinum crispum) herb, dried chanterelle (Cantharellus) powder, black walnut (Juglans nigra) extract, dandelion (Taraxaci folium) leaf powder, ginger (Zingiber officinale) root powder, fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) seed powder, turmeric (Curcuma longa) rhizome powder.

Recommended use:

• the product enriches the diet with roughage which is beneficial for intestinal activity;

• glucomannan helps to reduce weight for those on a reduced energy intake diet (positive effect occurs when consuming 3 g of glucomannan in three portions of 1 g each before meals with 1–2 glasses of water).

Caution:

Do not take ColonWell Detox if you have increased sensitivity to any of its ingredients. Risk of choking in case of difficulty in swallowing. It is highly recommended to drink a lot of water (if your intake of liquids is insufficient) to ensure that the product reaches your stomach. A varied and well-balanced nutrition and healthy lifestyle are very important.

Once opened, store closed, in the original packaging, in a dry place, away from grain foods, at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C. Once opened, use within 3 months.
